Annette Bayer

Annette is a co-founder and scientist at KinSea, with expertise in design and synthesis strategies of new compounds for drug discovery.

She has a broad research experience in synthetic organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry, specializing in natural product synthesis and in the design of bioactive analogues.

Annette has been the leader of the BiosNet national network focusing on drug discovery based on marine natural products and is professor in organic chemistry at UiT The Artic University of Norway.
